Chapter 1: first letter

Sam sat down at his desk, unsure or unable to show that he actually cared about his friends. His brother, at about the same age, was too busy to take some time reviving old friendships. On his behalf, Sam sat down to conjure up a letter. An empty sheet of paper laid on the table, from which he began his strenuous task of writing to his many high school friends.
